DVC points to rent... Canadians 1st dibs...

Hi all... it has been a while...
WE love our DVC and rented 1st before we bought..... my brother has just announced his wedding is to be Dec. 5th but it's on an Island off the Dominican Republic!!! We are now a family of 5 so in order for us all to go, I have to rent out some points this year... which means we're not doing Disney until 2009 :(
We have points at SSR but have never stayed there yet... we have stayed at OKW (huge rooms...love it for big families), BWV .... (best ambiance) and BCV

I would love to rent points, I have been going to to dvc boards alot lately to kind of read what it is all about. The only thing is my reservations would have to be for the month of August, 2nd, 3rd or 4 week of August. I would be intrested in staying at BWV or AKV if it is open now for reservations. I just have a couple questions.

1. How much per point?
2. I want to be on the dining plan but I already have a 8 day ticket with plusses and park hopper on it. So can I buy another 8 day with plusses and park hopper on it on the reservation or does everyone have buy the same tickets.
3. Do you pay for dining at check in, or can you do it before hand?
