Yep, I'm a Hoosier! What can I tell ya . . . Hoosiers love basketball, the Indy 500, mushroom hunting, and deer hunting! Gotta love the weather here, too . . . if ya don't, just wait, cause it'll change! I have a son with autism and a daugher (who's "normal", whatever that is) and a husband, cat, and 2 dogs.
Hoosiers are warm-hearted folk, and you never meet a stranger. They don't call it "Hoosier Hospitality" fer nuttin'. :D :D

I are a Hoosier also. I have lived in Indiana longer than I lived in Ohio so I am claiming residency. LOL Hoosiers also love reading, grandchildren, getting rid of Bobby Knight (smile), mild winters, beautiful falls (Brown County), and Disney World.

It is true about the above items also and the friendliness of the people. I love it here. Small town life with a town bandstand on the square and the most serious crime I can think of is someone occasionally picking one of your daffidills. We are in the middle of the big cities of Louisville, Cincinnati and Indianapolis and not too far from Chicago. Peace and quiet and near the bright lights if we are so inclined. The auctions of Shipshewanna, the Amish farms, French Lick Hotel, West Baden dome, Auburn car museums, riverside mansions, the flat plains of the north and the rolling hills of the south. It suits me and I hope I suit it.
