View Full Version : Using snack credits at Roaring Fork
Any recommendations for what qualifies as a snack credit at Roaring Fork? I was thinking of something good for breakfast if we use our TS and CS for lunch and dinner. This is our first time at WL and also the first time on the DDP!
Thanks!

Last month we used snack credits there for huge muffins (banana nut, blueberry, or chocolate chip) or croissants. They've also got a wide selection of do-nuts. The breakfast croissant sandwich is a meal, but I think you'll either have to pay OOP or use a CS for it. All of the above are good for a grab-n-go on your way to the boat or bus.

the muffins are huge and fabulous!!! Banana Nut was my favorite. Also, you can get a box of Entemenn's donuts and a 1/2 gal of OJ at the Mercantile for 1 SC each. This provided a quick snack for several days for DS & DD who are not much in to breakfast. DH & I would split the big CS breakfast platter - eggs, home fries, bacon, pancakes, biscuit and juice, plenty for 2. And then we'd split another CS for lunch.

Is the yogurt parfait a snack credit? We are just wondering.... and new to the DDP and WL!

I got so many deserts on the DDP, I was very happy to discover that fruit cups for a snack credit. Or, alternatively, you could get something deserty with your snack credit and get a fruit cup instead of dessert.
Thanks for all the info! So if I was "buying" a muffin, for example, would I take it to the cashier, give them my room key and say I wanted to pay for it with a snack credit? Is that how its done? Does your receipt show they have taken away one credit so you can keep track somehow?

Yes, that's how it's done. And every time you purchase something on the DDP, you will get a receipt showing how many credits of each type remain. (The receipt will show all remaining credits for all members of your party.)
It's a good idea to always check the remaining credit balance every time you get a receipt. Most people don't have any problems, but sometimes errors can be made. If you are ever "overcharged" an incorrect number of credits, this can be corrected at your resort.
