I signed up for the offer on Saturday. It has a free 7 day trial, but because some people are being charged on other trials on the last day, I want to cancel on Friday. I haven't received in the mail and only have a pending charge on my CC for the shipping. I want to cancel, but don't want the reward revoked because it was canceled before receiving the product. Does anyone have any info on this offer?

I did this and didn't receive the product for a month. I don't see it coming in the mail in 7 days. When I called I just told them I had to cancel I didn't get the product so how could I try it. I didn't have any problems with my credit of course that was before the crackdown started.

exact same story here :) only mine took OVER a month to get.

I have tried to do that one, but they keep trying to charge me for the FULL amount in addition to the trial amount, and of course there isn't that much $$ available on my prepaid cards.

Did offer on 6/9 through QR. Credited quickly. Called on 6/15 to cancel (hadn't received product yet). Customer service was very nice with no questions. Product didn't ship until 6/21.
I received the product today, 7/6.
Seems as though it's normal not to have the product when you cancel. Wonder if that's why they are so nice and don't ask questions?

I signed up on 6/7 and canceled on 6/13 because I hadn't received it either.
I called on 7/2 and asked that my shipping charges be reversed because I never received thier product. They wouldn't do it but said they were shipping me out another trial sample and promised I would not be billed for anything further.
I received a trial sample in the mail today 7/6. After reading this thread, I am not sure if it is the original or if it is the second request. Sure hope I don't get billed for more shipments!
