Group Pre-Trip No More

I'm very excited to see how this all turns out! I am hoping to have a big group for my 30th birthday in a couple years. It will be great to see how it works out with your huge group.

I forgot to mention that we're all booked through a travel agent friend of the P family. She got us a decent group rate and supposedly has a guarantee that we'll all be in the Tokelau building -- can this really be done? :scared: I have to say, this is the ONLY reason I was willing to go through a travel agent.

My sister decided to call Disney today and ask some questions. She called directly to the Poly guest services and supposedly there is nothing on our reservations about bed rails, cribs, first floor room for Gram OR the building. The person Wendy talked to said that basically there is no way a travel agent can guarantee a building. :scared1: I'm hoping this is just because our check in is still 10 days away so there's not much in the system yet. It's not a big deal to me and Scott, but again, we are trying to be the low-key ones here.

And it's 5:30 on a Friday afternoon, so this question will have to wait until Monday. This will be THE topic of conversation with my family this weekend, I'm sure. Can't wait! :sad2:

WOW your mom and gram are driving....good for them.

We will be there the same time as you...Our trio is July 29th to Aug 3..just me, dd (6) and SIL (1st trip from Jamaica)..my DH has to work. We are staying at BWV.

Makesure you have lots of water..it will be hot.
