Dragonfly

Here is a bright red dragonfly I found in the backyard today. I've never seen one like it. This guy was positively neon red. You could see him glowing from a long way off. The photos don't do it justice as the color was way out of any monitor's gamut.

I should also stress that there is nothing of an "adult" nature about this dragonfly shot. Well, nothing that I'm aware of anyway.

He looks lonely. Maybe he wasn't invited:confused3 .

On a more serious note, he is the brightest dragonfly I have ever seen. I did find him on the net. Check out the 5th one down.
