Well after your help yesterday we will be booking tomorrow for April next year.
One last question....What area should I request for a villa....
We will probably book the villa with Travel City as the other webistes just seemed a little most expensive that TCD.
But I just wanted to know what area (If any) I should request. I just don't want to come back and someone say, you should have asked to stay within the xxxxx area of Orlando.... You know what I am saying....:rotfl:
From experience, do you think if we book a 5 bedroom villa, we will have 3 bathrooms. Of would we have a better chance if we booked a 6 bedroom one.
Again, answers on a postcard and thanks again for your advice..
Cheers
Neil

Hi Neil,
Firstly if booking with TCD I am not sure if you can request a certain area?
Secondly, having booked many villas personally feel it's much better if you book independantly - that way YOU choose where you stay.
In my opinion a Kissimmee base cannot be beat, staying just off the 192 you are very close to restaurants, supermarkets, a short drive from Disney and the I4 for Universal etc is also within very easy reach.
The Formosa Gardens area for example has many nice villa developments such as Indian Creek, Windsor Hills and Emerald Island.
All would offer a good balance of 3,4 and also 5 bedroomed homes.
I can recommend websites and even villas, but you may wish to decide what your next steps are first?
You can PM me if you have any other questions.

I agree with Johnny, book your villa independently. You'll be able to then choose the villa yourself and be in contact with the owner.
Happy villa hunting!!:)

You should book your villa yourself for sure, then at least you know what you will be getting, and it's a lot more flexible, you will have two small children so you may be able to find a villa owner who has kids and can provide the usual cribs, maybe even strollers etc so you don't have to worry about those little things.
DH and I haven't booked package deals to Orlando for about 10 years!

Again, thanks for all the replies.
Who do you guys book flights with.
I booked with Travel City generally because they are much cheaper than any other airline.

Do a search here for flights its a good search engine to start off.
TCD are sometimes cheap on flydrives, you don't have to take a Villa with them.
I agree with booking villa yourself, you have a lot more control over where you stay, although we have only stayed in hotels before.
We are looking for a Condo for next March, can book a 3 bed townhouse with agent for £35/night but they cant tell me if it has Wireless connection. I think I am booking 2 bed condo at Windsor Hills with owner, costing £60/night but at least I know its got everything I want. Could book similar thru agent for £41 but who knows what I will get?
Glad its a one off and back to hotels after next Easter.
