I can't believe it!! I came into the living room to find a torn mess of red/purple paper. Upon further inspection, I find that the dog has gotten hold of the cardboard-like DVC drink coasters from our trip this past April! There wasn't much left of the coasters, so it looks like he ate most of them! I was able to salvage only one out of the six we had. :headache: D_mn dog!! :dog2:

Fortunately, it is not your homework... How many years since that has been a problem? About 30 for me...
At least your dog has good taste! ;)
I have 4 of them if you'd like to replace part of what he ate. If your interested, send me a PM with your address and I'll drop them in the mail to you.

We have a Yorkie that loves our DVC coasters. She hunts them down and kills them.

Isn't that the truth! I remember seeing someone selling 300 of the black hang tags/cards that the Disney pins come on....they weren't selling the pins....just the cards! That alone was weird, but how in the world did they end up with 300 of them?? :confused3

I know...we are heading down for a quick weekend trip in September for free dining, but we're staying at a value resort for the first time. I guess I'll have to plan a DVC trip just so I can replace the coasters! Pretty expensive cardboard coasters if you ask me!! :teeth:

Well, we used them at the villa...they had a few coffee spots and some had warped a little from water bottle condensation. I don't think housekeeping would have left them for the next guests. If they had, we certainly would have heard about it on these boards! :teeth:

That's what I think too. However, my DW firmly believes they are disposable and therefore, are for the taking. ..just like soaps etc. We have plenty of each. I'm not sure which one of us is right. But, it's certainly not worth wasting a good argument over. ;)

my dh always takes the soaps and shampoos as soon as we get there so when housekeeping comes in on that 4th day we get more..well this is the first time i took the coasters home and when he seen them in the luggage when we got home he yelled at me-:rotfl:
