Does anyone know of a site that has rental discount codes on it? Kind of like mousesavers for rental cars?

mousesavers has rental car discount codes. Go to ground transportaion at Mary's site, it list's many discounts for most of the top rental agencies. If you can't find ground transportaion, do a search at mousesavers. It's loaded with good stuff! Also expedia.com and hotwire are good sites to check out. Here are a few others you can browse:

Can you tell me what Mary's web address would be?? I'm trying to get a good car rental rate flying into Tampa Apr2, 2002 w/o going to an offsite Rental co .- which seem to be the only agencies with deals at this point!

Happy you got a good deal addieh! Glad to help save you some cash for your trip. I also rented a luxury car from the florida tickets web site (Dollar Rent A Car at MCO), for a week in August. I couldn't find any better rate anywhere and I don't like bidding on the unknown at places as priceline. You don't know who you are renting from until after you have accepted their price. Have a Great time.
