In 1991, $0. The first phase opened in December 1991 so there were no dues for that year. I can't tell you what they were in 1992 -- the first year for dues collection, but in 1993 they were $2.5629 per point.

I just happen to have up my sleeve a history of dues at OKW -- the increase is $.65 and the majority of increase happened in the early years.....let's hope they can keep up this pace.
