we bought our disney attraction tickets from travel city direct as we booked (to qualify for free dining), in the past we have always bought them from specialist attraction websites, who have sent us the tickets, however travelcity have sai we have to pick the tickets up at the park. anyone had to do this before and have any idea how? thanks

It is easy enough to do. What they will probably send you, along with your plane tickets, is a voucher which you need to take to the ticket booths at the entrance to any of the parks. They will then exchange the vouchers for your real tickets. Just make sure you allow a few extra minutes on your first day to do this. Alternatively, you can exchange the voucher at Guest Services at Downtown Disney.

My TCD tickets last year were just added to my room key when checking in at POP.
very easy and didn't even get affected when we moved to pofq after a week

Friends went with Virgin last year. When you stay at Disney hotel they'll add your park tickets & dining plan to your room key (you all get one). If you leave credit card details with them they'll also add a 'charging' facility to them for all disney sales (just the adults in the party!). I assume TCD will be just the same. Hope so as we're with TCD too this year!

so we'll use our room key to get into the parks? or they will give us tickets at the hotel? i had planned to go to the magic kingdom entrance on our first night especially to pick up the tickets... if we dont have to do this it will be great:)

Hi,
You can put the plastic room key cards in the Fastpass machines. I like the platic ones *** they don't seem so easy to lose. I've kept every one since we've been going, and have them under the glass in a coffee table. Unromantic boyfiend uses his as an ice scraper.
