we have had our drive dug up today and i suspect its them that have caused the phone trouble. you may remember the line went down last week as well (when i was trying for illuminations tix) virgin are coming out on sunday to check the line :sad2:

So frustrating isn't it! Our internet went down the week before last and it was a right pain, then the BT engineer had the cheek to say it was our fault! I don't think so! DH shouted at the Talk Talk Man and all of a sudden miraculously it came back on! Actually DH was quite :scared1:

We have been having problems with our Virgin phoneline (ex NTL). People keep trying to call us and get an engaged tone even when we are not using the phone. It's also very crackly.

Going to make sure it's not our phone before we call Virgin though.
