I've been calling every hour on the hour. I'm surprised that they won't take your request manually and then call you back when the system is back up. This seems horribly inefficient.

This doesn't surprise me at all based on the other days for AKV reservations. The first day, May 16th, the system hadn't been updated with 2008 information. I called to make a March 2008 reservation first thing that morning and the system wasn't capable of doing it!

When it came time to book concierge on June 13th, the CM's couldn't do it without talking to the supervisor to find out about room availability. It was a nightmare and in that nightmare, I didn't get the concierge room I wanted even though I got through at 8:58 am that morning.

In other words, MS not being able to take concierge reservations for non owners today, the first day they should be available, would seem to be par for the course.

What is really frustrating is that the website is always up and down as well. I seem to get "page not available" more than I get in.

I have been trying to call them all day!

I was calling MS to make my ME reservation and got the message that it was closed for the day. So I went to the website and although it was slow as molasses, I was able to make my ME reservation after all.

I've been calling day by day to add nights to a ressie over Memorial day week. Since they weren't able to assist anyone yesterday and today's the first day non-AKV owners can book concierge rooms, it should be a nightmare to call this morning. I've still been put on hold each time I call regarding a concierge ressie so apparently they are still not able to be easily booked by the MS agents. I feel sorry for them today!---Kathy

I got my AKV Concierge reservation. A studio Dec. 15-18. I'm spending my birthday at WDW with my family!:cheer2: :cheer2:
