How do people get chosen to stand with the Capt. and sound the horn??

How do people get chosen to stand on the bridge with the Capt and get to sound the wonderful horn?? While we were leaving Castaway Cay we looked down and saw a few families standing down on the bridge and one of the Moms got to sound the horn. I think that would be a wonderful thing!!!! Any idea how they were chosen??? Thanks

Well, if this was prior to Sept 11th, then I would say they were simply some kind of VIP. If this was after Sept 11th, they had to be crew members out of uniform. DCL no longer allows any guests on the bridge due to security reasons.
