...Disney Institute". WOW! I haven't been on the boards in a while so maybe this has been floating around, but it wasn't even being mentioned the last time I visited this site. It will be a 192-unit development overlooking the lakefront district at DD. Initial plans call for construction of four residential-style buildings. The space became available because expansion of Disney Institute programs throughout the WDW resort reduced the need for dedicated Institute resort space. Development will begin this spring with a targeted opening date of spring 2004. Let the discussion begin!
