any RECENT reviews...HOJO Maingate East?

did a search and found many from 05....but nothing really more recent. I checked tripadvisor and they have very few reviews, some mixed...just wondering if anyone has stayed recently that can give me some info. My mom just booked this for us for 2 nights to extend our stay in Orlando in July spending the two following nights at SSR!!). I'm not a hotel snob...but when I see $39 a night I always take a big gulp!! I don't need frills, just clean with NO BUGS!!!

If memory serves, my wife and I stayed there back in 99 and found to be a nice property in close proximity to just about everything.

As for finding recent reviews, you might try Travelocity or Hotels.com or possibly Yahoo Travel.

Iv read in the last two weeks a review here on this board, so you might read back through a few pages, there are several positive comments on that hotel as being ok.

As far as bugs, this is Florida, bugs happen in the best hotels, dont let a bug ruin your vacation if you do see one.
