husband and i were at the local arboretum last night and saw this, a railroad garden, thought it was really well done( and would probably come close to rivaling photography in$$ spent;) ). everything here was made out of natural materials. the trains weren't running however as we were there after hrs. the buildings were all either local landmarks or local bridges, including all the covered bridges on the covered bridge tour locally.( which if i can ever find a map for i want to go photograph)

Quite impressive! Was this a public club or a private project?

Wow! That is really cool. I bet it is spectacular with the trains running.

the link has more info, guess it 's the work of a landscape architect from Kentucky.

the actual arboretum is privately owned ( you have to pay to get in or can get a yrly membership)
