My Boyfriend and I are going to be at
WDW from august 21 to august 29. It will be my first trip to WDW.
We would like to go shopping one day.:donald:
We were thinking of going to the Premium Outlets
or the Mall At Millenia or both lol
First of all - are these the best choices?
Secondly - Would a taxi be the best way of getting there?
Thirdly - how much would a taxi be to these places?

if you take the bus to disney shopping village it shoulnt be much..but beware of the time and day you go...if the road is backed up you will sit in that cab for 20 minits some times..go mid morning or mid afternoon.. donnt go on the weekend its lined up all the way ..it has taken me 20 minits from the corner where golden corral is to the mall..if you go with no trouble its a 3 minit drive from that point we go every trip to that mall if you go straigt down 535 ..thats the road you turn off(apopka road)there is a brand new walmart supercenter 10 minits down the road on the right .

Mall of the Millenia gets my vote (its FAB!!). Great places to eat (Tuscan Brio and Cheesecake Factory, personal favourite but I also believe the Chinese Restaurant is very good).

If you are staying onsite Disney and plan on taking a taxi to Mall of the Millenia, plan on a very high taxi fee.. it is about a 25-30 minute drive depending on traffic on I-4..... you would be much better off taking a Disney bus to Down Town Disney and then taking public transportation. If you drive, maybe it would be cheaper to rent a car for a day than to take a taxi.. then you can do the Mall of the Millenia , Premium & Premiere outlets and maybe even the Lake Buena Vista Outlets or the FL Mall.... a taxi will run you way too much just to get to one place...... never mind back ;)
