Disney Trip Planner softwware

OK, for some reason I am unable to perform a search on these boards. Instead I must ask if anyone knows where I can find the software that a DIS user allowed everyone to share. I though it was called the disney planner, but I could be wrong. It allowed you to organize yourself for a upcoming trip to Disney. If you know what I am referring to, please help me remember where I can find it.
