i tried to subscribe through CD and was declined - i think because i used the simon gift card:confused3

anyhow i keep getting email telling me my music que is empty so i tried to contact them via their wesite but i get an error saying to enable cookies which i already have set to the lowest possible level

so my question - does anyone have a phone number for this place - i have read their entire website and cannot find any number - when i try to email them i always get the refresh page

I looked on my invoice and there isn't a number. I also googled to see if i could find one and I did find lots of sites where people complain about the lack of a phone number.

They are owned by BMG Music......not sure if it is the same number.
