Is www.twopalms.com the website where you can see the DCL leave at 4pm CST each Saturday?

I saw one of the ships pass by last Saturday but it wasn't a Disney ship.

If there is another site, please let me know.

The twopalms.com site shows the ship after it's already left the channel. That means it's covered a couple miles already after leaving its slip. It usually doesn't pass by this camera until about 5:35 (EST), and then it's only in the frame for about a minute.
