I ordered my MVMCP tickets on Monday and was issued a Fed Ex tracking number, the expected delivery was last Thursday. They hadn't arrived by yeterday so I rang to track them.
They got to Stanstead late Tuesday evening and in the words of the Fed Ex customer services person, they haven't been seen since. They are looking into this for me and are going to call me tomorrow.
Does anyone have any experience of this, if they have disappeared will I get my money back from Fed Ex ?
Thanks

Sorry have't had any experience of this just wanted to say that I hope they turn up, but surely they will be insured by WDW sending them out?

I think if they can't be found they will be replace/refunded as i'm sure that is covered in the cost of using Fed Ex, ask them when you speak to them again. It could be that Customs have got them to check:confused3
Hopefully they will turn up soon:)

Hope you have good news tomorrow, but I would have thought this has happened before to someone and Disney will be able to help you out if all else fails.

If I were you I would email WDW just to ask them what will happen, the last time I emailed them about a Disney Store purchase that I was having shipped to someone in Florida they were very helpful and responded within the hour, so that might help to put your mind at ease until you know from FED EX (can't help thinking of Kevin Federline when I say FED EX! ) what's going on.

:wave2: Hi Jules, i think that you will be insured with Fed Ex & if you paid with your credit card i'm sure you have insurance with that also if it's over £50.

Hope they turn up soon Jules:thumbsup2
I ordered our MVMCP tickets the same day you ordered yours. I did it online and the only option available was the 'will call' facility.

There is a possibility that Customs & Excise are checking the package and may be adding 17.5% VAT and clearance fee to the package which you may have to pay before you receive the parcel. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I have heard of this happening twice now - some slip through the net others don't but I know that C & A are tightening up on all imports of everything as a matter of course. Fingers crossed for you that it does not apply to you.

Jules, the first time we went our tickets went missing and WDW replaced them with no problem, although we had to pick them up on arrival as there was no time for new ones to get to us!
I'm sure your new set will turn up :goodvibes
