Hi
We would normally buy the 14 day ultimate pass from here in the uk when going to disney. Can you tell us what exactly you get with the annual pass?
(The 14 day ticket gives us unlimited trips to any park and the water parks and disney quest and pleasure island and park hopping for the durantion of our stay)

The annual pass will only let you have unlimited park hopping and admission to the 4 main parks. No water parks, Disney quest or pleasure island. It's valid one year from the day you activate it.

You can pay to upgrade your pass to a premium annual. I'm not sure what the price difference is right now.

According to allearsnet dot com:
Annual Pass $462.21
Premium Annual Pass $595.34
So an extra $133.13
(You should double-check at the time though about taxes, etc since I've never done that before).

When you do the upgrade though, I believe other brides have said that they do not give you full $462 credit because it was a gift, they give you some discounted amount - sorry I don't have the specifics. If you don't upgrade, you will receive discounted prices on individual water park and DTD tickets. Check the mousesavers site for more details on the discounts available to you as an AP holder. If you're only planning to do one or two of those other things besides the 4 main parks, buying separately with a discount should be the less expensive way to go.
