How much should I expect to pay for 4 (1 adult, 3 kids) from the Hampton Inn to the port? Is their a specific cab company to use or to avoid?
Thank you!

Please see the other threads regarding transportation. I suggest renting from Avis at MCO.

We are arriving the night before our cruise. My brother is picking us up at the airport and dropping us off at Cocoa Beach. I chose the Hampton Inn because of the great rate ($79.00 - super size room - during Spring break) and free breakfast. I don't want my brother to have to drive back again in the morning from outside Orlando to take us to the port and would rather call a cab. Question is, which cab and how much?
Thanks for any help.

Vonda,
We also will be staying at the Hampton in the oversized room in April (19th) - however we will have our car and drive to the port. Possibly you would get a quicker response if you called the Hampton and asked which cab company commonly transports people from their Hotel to the terminal. Then call the cab company for their 'rate'. If you do find out, post back here for others (as I am curious about this also).

According to the Hampton Inn they recommend Tropical Storm (321-269-0682). They run approx. $8.00 for 4 people.

That DOES seem pretty reasonable Vonda! I hope it works out for you. What sailing are you on? If it is before ours on 4/20, you'll have to pm me to let me know how you like the Hampton..... And be sure to keep it in one piece for us!
:)

How 'bout that. $8 would have been my "WAG".
