I'm in Michigan, it's in the 80's. Can I dig up my tulip bulbs to divide and replant them now? Or do I have to wait until fall? And the same for daffodil bulbs?

wait until fall...they are rejuvenating and storing up food for next years flower. You can dig them up and replant now and they won't die, but they may not flower next spring.
