Could you tell me if you have to pay for parking at SSR or any other DVC resort that you are staying at?

No, you don't pay for parking at SSR. I had a rental car during my stay in May and did not have to pay. I believe that parking is free at all of the WDW owned resorts.

Thank you! :thumbsup2 I thought that this was correct but I read in another post that someone said they had to so I just wanted to clarify.

Maybe they were staying at the Swan or Dolphin - they do charge for resort parking. But they are not owned or operated by Disney.

Or maybe they used the valet parking at one of the deluxe resorts and weren't a DVC member?
