MNSSHP Tix Delivery Span?

Hi guys,

I was wondering how long you've all ahd to wait for your MNSSHP tix to arrive? I ordered mine on May 14th and still no sign. :( The lady I spoke to had a very strong accent and we didn't really understand each other so there's achance the address didn't get put in the system properly and it's been wrongly delivered. How much longer would you wait before calling them to check up?

Does anyone know the number to call them about this? When I ordered them I'd actually called the dining ressies number and they patched me through when I'd finished with them.

I would definitely phone Sophie, we ordered our MVMCP tickets on Monday and then I got an e-mail from Fed Ex with a tracking number telling me they should be here tomorrow.

I ordered mine on line through DVC but will see if I can find a phone number for you

We ordered our MNSSHP tickets at the beginning of May and the CM wrongly put them down as 'will call' (actually said they couldn't mail to UK). Anyway to cut a long story short I emailed Disney and they gave me a number to ring to chase them up. Three days after I phoned the second time they arrived!

Ordered mine Tuesday 1st May and they arrived Friday 4th May. The number I rang to order was 001 407 934 7639, I would chase them up if I were you.

Both our MVMCP tickets arrived in under 4 days.

I would certainly ring them Sophie. Although the confirmation number that you received when booking can be given to ANY ticket place in Disney and they can re-print your tickets.

our MNSSHP tickets arrived within 5 days, we were emailed a fed ex number also.
I would certainly call them, as it does seem along time to wait.

Well I called them and it's all very odd indeed. Apparently the tickets had been returned to Disney as undeliverable, address doesn't exist. The really odd thing was that they had the correct address on them, down to the letter?!?! I've re-arranged for them to be Will-Call so they don't get returned again but it's annoying as I wanted them here.
