Can a family of three (mom, dad, 10 year child) sit in a car at Sci Fi? Can we all fit in one row?

IMO, no. I think it would be uncomfortably tight.

We were a family of three (mom, dad & 8 yo) Definitely too tight to all be in the same row. My son & husband sat in front, me in the middle and a another mom and her son in last row.

I agree. On our recent trip, we were comfortable sharing a row with our five year old... But much more than that, and you may be pushing the envelope. :3dglasses

Don't do it! We did it last year with 2 adults and small 9 year old and it was tight! I would have enjoyed the whole experience more if we had more room!

Do you guys think 3 nine year olds could share a row? They are average height and weigh about 60 pounds.

Yes, I personally think that would probably work.

Honestly it depends on how big the adults are.

Honestly speaking it may be too tight. My hubby, son and I went when my son was 5 and we are not thin people. Hubby sat in the back and the son and I sat in the front. It may be tight.

Here is a link (http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/diningdetail.cfm?restaurant.ID=129)to the DIS Menus. There is a picture of the restaurant where you can see the cars a bit.
The couple on the left seem comfortable room wise, but if you tossed a kid in there, would be tight!
