Anyone do this one? Did you get credit quickly?

I just signed up for the free 7 day trial but when I went to download it, it gave me an error message because it doesn't work on Windows 98. Now I'm thinking I may not get credit since the download didn't work. Anyone else still using a dinosaur of a computer and able to get credit for this one?

BTW, I *think* this can be cancelled online. Not positive because I haven't tried to cancel yet.

This one took about five hours to credit for me. I was able to download it on my computer though so I don't know if that made a difference.

I did cancel it online. I changed my subscription status to not reoccurring and used the contact us form on the website and said I would like to cancel. I haven't heard anything from them though that was about a week ago. I also haven't been charged so I guess it went through. Just thought they would send some confirmation.

Thanks for the info. I'm so used to everything crediting soooooo fast on QR that I panic a little when I don't see it show up right away, lol! I guess I'll have to wait it out a little while. Good thing I have to take DD to her softball game in a little bit so I can stop refreshing the page! Hopefully I'll see a nice surprise when I get home.

I did this one from QR too awhile back and I didn't download it but did everything else and got credit. I can't remember how long the credit took but not too long!

Well, I'm back from DD's softball game and happy to report that I received credit!

This seems like an easy $4 for anyone who hasn't tried it already!

Okay, is there a # to cancel this thing, or can you do it online?

Thanks for any help!

You can go into your account online and turn off the auto-renewal. I also sent an email via their form onsite requesting to be canceled but their response was an automated response telling me to turn off the auto-renewal to cancel. So, I'm guessing that is all you have to do.

oh that sounds easy. was the 7 day trial free or did it cost a little? I am having a terrible time getting the freebies to credit and I just need a couple of dollars so I think I'm going to have to do a paid sign up to get to the $50 level once the site comes back up.

It was free but they did charge my simon card $1 to verify it was active. Which was posted back to my account in about 5 days. It was really easy you should do it!

Thanks! As soon as the site is up I'm off to try it out. :)
