I've used my DVC points twice at DLR -- once at the Disneyland Hotel and once at the Grand Californian. Both times we had to wait a long time at the counter as the CM went to do something in the back room (reportedly to speak with a supervisor.) I've noticed that this doesn't happen to other people -- in general -- who are waiting to check in. Are we missing a step in booking our DLR DVC vacations?
