Ok girls i finally figured out how to post pics. (thank you to all that helped me) this is my first crack at something like this so bear with me.

Ok hear goes for a little backround:

me and mike have been together for 8 years. We are high school sweethearts. We came from Long island new york and now live in Davenport florida. here is a picture of our engagment party

Our wedding is On october 21st at 2:30 pm
the ceremony is at the wedding pavilion
the pre and reception will be at the ballroom at the boardwalk.
Our rehersal/welcome party will be at yacht and beach shipwreck beach.

i will try to post about my planning when i get better at this.

ok here goes.

Our planning session was on June 4th also my birthday. My wedding planner is Michelle G. and My floral designer was Laura Kidd. The chef was chef Joe. All of them were incredible i could not have asked for more. I am completly confortable that my wedding wil be great.

Me Mike and Our mom's went to the session.

* for anyone who is goign to their planning session "eat breakfast"*

Ok We began our day at franks at 9:00 am. we arrived early so we went in to the pavilion to look around. there were three weddings that day so it was open

The pavilion is absolutly beautiful. It is so warm and fuzzy just the way you want to feel on your wedding day.

Next- cake

We started our day looking around franks at the invites and centerpieces and charis and all. They had some beautiful cakes btw.

Michelle arrived and we went into The fauna planning room. She would not let me take her picture. she was so sweet.

This part of the planning was very stressful for me. Things that they ask:

-How many at your wedding
- names of your wedding party

-timing for pictures and other things
-who will be incharge of picking up your items at the end of the wedding (my aunt)
- who will pass out programs
-who is doing all of your paper goods
-How many childre from 0-3, 3-10, 10-21, and 21+
-hotels that you are staying
-Lots of the little planning details but not the real fun stuff.
- She also at this time goes over what style cake you would like ***being pictures***
( i do not know how to post internet pictures yet )
i know that there is more but when that is over you get to eat umm umm um

They brought out the cakes

The flavors were Chocolate, Vanilla, Marble and Almond.
** Keep an open mind when choosing** You might think that you know what you want but, make sure to taste them all! make all diffrent combo's
The fillings were
-Buttercream for the frosting
-bavarian cream- yummy but needs something else like fruit
-Milk chocolate- Nice and light
-Baily's- if you like coffe flavors it was yummy
-Tropical- it was so diffrent and so refreshing
-rasberry- One of my personal fav's So refreshing and creamy
-Amaretto- Wow that is all i can say
-Peanut butter cup- umm umm good

We tried all.. The almond cake was hands down all of our fav's we paired that for the big layer and anniversery layer with the amarett mousse. It tastes qlmost like a toasted almond good humor bar but better.

the middle will be Marble With PB. We originally wanted it with the choc cake but We felt it paired better with the marble. It was a slight diffrence but was enough to change our minds.

I dont really like store cake and i have no i mean no complaints it was so moist and the fillings were perfect.

Let me start by saying how absolutly wounderful laura was. i mean i wanted to cry she was so fantastic. she knew what i wanted and really had a fresh feel for weddings. She was open to all ideas and even came up with some great ones.

i should give you guyes some backround. me and mike are coaster lovers and have traveled alot with that. we also come from long island and my family always went to boardwalk for vacation so a boardwalk theme was perfect for us.

I did not want the traditional "beautiful" wedding we wanted something more low key

So our rehersal/ welcome party will be at shipwreck beach. It will be a beach party theme. we will have bbq- chip and dales with mickey head ice cream and Minnie strawberry pops. We have not decided on decor for this yet.

back to laura- I had alot of photos to bring her

** bring double Both planners like to keep things on file and it makes it easier for them**

I had a folder for michell and also one for laura to keep
in the folders had
-my dress (story to follow)
-my moms
-moms wedding photos (more to follow)
- guyes tuxes
-flowers o so many flowers
-bouquet wraps
-cake pics
-bouts
-linens
-invitation sample
-guest list and ages
-momogram
-more then likely some other stuff

When she arrived she started by asking if i had any ideas. I definalty did. I knew the colors and somewhat the stlye.

i wanted my bouquet with big and small roses no greenery and glass beads and stephanotis. In my stephonotis there will be chanpagne crystals
(I really wish i caould show you guyes)
I also wanted light light peach and cream for me.
My bouquet will have double wrap. In cream and peach with crysatl pins

for the girls i wanted peonies and dahlias but, they were out of seasn she quickly without hesitiation knew how to make this work. She suggestied Lisianthus. I will have peach and into the deeper corals for the girls. they will have the same differnt roses, lisianthus and peach orchids (there dresses are brown). they will also have the chanpagne crystals.

all of our bouquets will have a 6 inch tail in peach

for the boys mike will have A bridal rose with stephonotis with crystal. The groomsment will have Orchids wrapped in cream ribbon.

I am sorry if this is all over the place. But i am so excited i am open for questions if needed.

after the girls she asked for mike to leave and asked for my dress pic. now here is the info i bought a dress and then ended up realizing it was not the one. I then bought a new dress and no one new about it. we are not telling anyone. So mikes mom had to leave also. hehe ok so here goes.

After we were done with that we discussed memorial candle. ** there are alot of beautiful options i recommend listening to there ideas**

Then we did grandmas coursages. we did not want this but my grandman is in a wheelchair and can not carry anything. They will be in cream roses

Then for the moms. We had to ask them to leave for this becouse i am surprising them with a replica of there wedding bouquets. I brought pictures of them on there wedding day from 25 years ago and they will replicate them and frame the photos for the box the morning of.

The dads bouts will match the moms bouquets.

we then decided on no decor for the pavilion and we will have a basket of rose petals to throw. each person will take a handful. they will be in the colors from cream -coral.

We also discussed an isle runner which i will have made from original runners.

The alter arangment will be a match to my bouquet and i will be suppying the candles. At the reception she will add a few brighter colord flowers

So now for the reception.
I origninally wanted to have a slidshow but to save money i decided to frame and display the pictures on a table in the pre reseption room. they will decorate tith crystals and tea lights.

The tables will have popcorn boxes with yellow snapdragons and others will have A glass with crushed glass and hydrangeas and a straw for soda on them. So fun i am so excited for this.

That is all we really did for decor for there.

Ok then we discussed decor and such for the reception.

i will be having a photobooth in the side room with boas and glasses for some fun pics

Now some of you might find this a little crazy but my centerpieces will not have any flowers.

We will do the covered chairs and sash and colored napkins in all of these colors

We will be having tall glass vases filled with gumballs, popcorn, rock candy and taffy. On top will be cotton decorated to look like cotton candy and candy apples will be stuck in them. I hope you can all visualize it. I think it will definaly be diffrent and stil pretty.

The cake table will be peach and will have crystals on it. with girls bouquets.

allright ladies the best part food

We then went over to the boardwalk for our tasting
Chef joe and Michelle were waiting there. We went right into the ballroom to do this

** beware they will treat you like fish in a bowl** do not beafraid to show your true feelings towards the food.

We wanted to keep the boardwalk theme for the pre food chef joe was so excited about this and welcomed all of our ideas.

I do not have pictures of the appts becouse well i am so silly and forgot to take them. I am sorry

We will have the cold antipasta display.

** keep this as an option they change the items per season and will create which items you like and dont it is a good ideas to give a nice variey and keep the money down**

We will have Mozarella, Provologne and cheddar chesse, Salami, Pepperoni, Bread, Crackers, Marinated veggies, Two cold seafood salads. Yummy to mee

Then for the past hord. we will have

The most deliciouse mini pizzas This was joes idea and they were yummy. Real chesse and the crust wow. They come in veg, cheese and meat we get all three.

Crab cakes- my fam loved the souce

Cups of shoestring fries with vinegar on the side

Mini corn dogs with mustard and ketchup

Mini gyros- mike wanted this and i did not think that they could do it but!! chef joe said he wanted to do it and we will have them.

so yummy

Then for the reception

We will have first an appt.

we tried the penne ala vodka and the cheddat cheese soup with pretzel bread. Yumm

we could not decide so my mother ( who forgets what money is sometimes gotta love them, We will be giving her wine with the beo) Added a pasta course. so we will be having both.

We then tried our salads.

This is my mom trying the earthy salad. It was field greens with sunflower seeds and edible flowers. and a fruity dressing.
Needless to say we stuck with the ceasar.

But ** try new things** if anything you get a funny picture

Next was The sorbet

** if you have it in the budget add this course** It is so nice and the flavors ae beautiful

we had the rasberry champagne wow wow i wanted a whole cup. we had it in the martini glass and it was nice. also the fruit was so fresh and so pretty i think that everyone will love this.

Now that i was stuffed they brought out the dinners.

They smelled so good.

We are doing a duo plate. We were very unsure of the sauces that we wanted so they gave us five choices.

They were:
Onion sauce- very tasty but did not like the texture
good with the parm chicken
Parma rosa- So good not too strong but so flavorful
Tyme sauce- Kind of gray but so robust, nice and fresh
good with anything
Sundried tomato- Nice if you wanted a wounderful red souce
And mike fave- lemon cumkwat ( i cant spell sorry)
This was so flavorful if you were having fish or grill chicken as for this. It was wow.

we had the Grill chicken, parmesean crusted chicken and the filet. to taste the souces with

we also tasted asiago mas, garlic mash and baby carrots

baby carrots so yummy and so pretty.

In the end we had to decide we went with

The parm chicken with parma rosa sauce, the filet with the tyme sauce and the asiago mash and baby carrots. i think that this will please everyonw. We will also have a veg option which is unknown.

i am trying to find away to copy pics from a word doc to the photobusket so i ca give you an idea of flowers and cake. Unfortunatly i did not copy where i found the images and can not find them now. So here is a little idea of what i am talking about


This is a little conusing becouse i did alot of mix and matching to make my bouquet

first-- the girls bouquets

They will have Cream and peach roses garden and spray and will have lisianthus in cream and orchids which i will show on in withthe mens bouts. The picture below is what the colors of theirs will be

mmmmmmmm everything looks so good! The presentation of the plates was so pretty and detailed! I'm so impressed! You made me very excited to see what the Disney chefs can do!

This is the invitation. i am getting them from shelly. i know not everyone has bad a good experience but, so far she has been fine to work with. We decided to go with something more plain to save soem cash. But i think it has a nice modern, fun yet traditional look to it. even df liked them

I'm not sure how I missed your PJ, but everything looks great. I love the idea of the replicas for the moms. I wanted to have pictures from previous family members wedding at the reception, but my DF's parents and my grandparents are divorced :upsidedow Oh, well no big deal. I have also Laura for my floral and she has been absolutely amazing to work with on my stuff too. On a side note, your kitties are so cute. My DF and I are getting a cat this fall and I can't wait since it's been a few years since I have had one.

This part of the plannign was very hard for me becouse i did not want to spend much of the budget on the cake. I mentioned the flavors in another post. that was not the problem.

i am doing a phptbooth at my wedding. i was goign to use this as my guest book but, what to do

1. do i have the people take the picture that prints out and put it in the guest book and write someting on that page?

2. have then place pic in jar and paper in jar and i assemble

3. let them take it home as a gift and then print my own copies from the cd i will have rights to and just have them fill out a paper book??

also i found picture frames for my throgh the years display at kohls 10 frames for 16.00 great buy. i glued colored gems on them to match my colors. they look nice.

Let them take them and print your own copies from the cd.
Choose a guest book that will allow you to leave room for the pictures and have them sign it. so that you can put the pictures next to their signatures. You might even want to assign a family member to hang here to explain it if necessary. I think it will be sooo cool! You have an awesome theme! It sounds like the most FUN wedding ever! The colors, the events, the games, the food, it just sounds like it will be the most memorable and fun CELEBRATION ever! I totally want to go! :rotfl:

For the guest book, you could choose black or sepia pages and have guests sign in silver/gold/white colors or choose white pages and have them sign in your bright gumball colors. I think that would be so cool!

The signature drink needs a candy garnish - like rock candy, or a candy orange or lemon slice or a gumball with a swizzle stick - something like that.

so here is what happen...

we had our engagment session planned for yesturday now you all know that it rains alot in florida but it never rains all day. well yesturday it did. i was so upset we had lanned on going to a park near rhetts house (he is the photographer) and i was invisioning trees and grass and a lake. so romantic. well as well all know everything does not happen how we expect. we get to his house and he says " girl it is not going to stop" so we thankfully he had a back up plan. we went to the gaylord palms. if you have not been there.. go it is beautiful.

so we walked around and took a few shots. the ones in the beginning are so awkward becouse you dont know what to do and all. but i think that we got some good ones towards the end.

we then went back to his house and we designed a collage right there. i will have it by mnday and i already have the cd with the proofs. i was happy about that.

i do think all of your engagment pics came out better. i think i look ugly but i guees most girls feel that way. well i hope you guyes think that they turned out well. let me know

What a cool collage! Did the photography company do that or was it an outside place? Did you choose the pictures or did they?

My favorites (other than the one from before) are the ones w the fountain, the one by the sailboat and the one in your sig. I think they came out looking Beautiful! - something almost European about some of them. Very nice!

it is funny you say it looks european i have had two other people say that. It works for me. it truly was a beautiful place.

the collage. rhett my photographer did it. after our session we went to his home-office and we picked colors sizes and what pics we wanted. we also picked the cds for our favorites we went from 96-61 some we had our eyes closed and all. but yea we picked it out and he did it right on the computer in front of us and mailed the request to his printer. and wala 24 hrs later it was at our house.

I didn't notice you had posted your engagement pics! They turned out really well!! That is great that your photographer was able to find an alternative location for you which is equally as nice. I really like the collage he made. Are you going to send those to your guests? I'm not sure what the size is. That is also nice to leave with some proofs on CD.

thank you jax. i was very happy that he knew a aleternatie location. the collage was 16x20 very big. i had them made to 8x10 for my parents df's and grand parents for the shower and then a single pic that said thank you all you do for my bridal party the girls side. it really was a fun day. i ended up with 61 of 96 on the cd and i have full rights to make copies and all that saves alot of money.

So i can not believe it. the last event before my wedding. i remember going to new york to announce our engagment!
i am happy and sad all at once.
so i am leaving tomorrow.
on thursday -i will go shopping for me and my moms wedding day undegarments and try to find the jewlery for my bridsmaids.
on friday- all i know is i am getting up early to go somewher with my bridal party for a day of fun. i wil let you know what when i find out
on saturday- is my shower i am so excited. i dont know anything about this except the place. o and my moh who is my best friend said i had one pick of what color i thought the theme was and if i got it she would tell me, so imidiatly i said YELLOW. i was wright does she know me or what!?! so other then that i do not have a clue.

so i have been back for two weeks and i am just getting around to my journal. it has been crazy i teach preschool and classses began on monday. also all of my responses are were due bacak less then two months from wedding. i can not believe it. well here goes

On thursday when i arrived in new york me and my mom and grandma went to the mall to look for undergarments for the wedding and also the girls gifts. i am so excited to say i found them. i love love them. We went to many jewlery stores but no luck. then i decided to go into swarski (i spelled that so wrong) They have absolutky beautiful things and for such a great prices. i highly recomens this store. ok well here are some pics

the next day my bridal party surprised me with a trip to manhatten. we took the train in and then the craziest taxi to a lunch cruise around manhatten. IT RAINED and was so cold so sorry for how gross we all look!!

yay shower day. of course today that activities are inside it was so nice out. i wke up and got ready and then we went to the irish coffee pub. it was such a nice resturant. i went in and it looked so nice my girls did such a great job me nor my mom helped at all and it was perfect. they did a tea party theme. The color was white and yellow. funny enough so was my dress. any way. valerie my maid of honor had prepared games. while everyone was coming in they played "make as many words from victoria and michael as you can" after 10 minutes the person from each table who got the most won a small candle. it was fun. we then started with salad and pasta. i walked around and said hi to everyone.

then we ate lunch and then for the fun part PRESENTS i got so much stuff and everyone was so genorouse. Yes i cried but only twice i am sure you will be able to see when this occured hehe. O val prepared a game during gift opening which was bridal bingo. they filled in the squares with what they thought i would getand when you had bingo you won a prize. everyone had alot of fun with this. very cute game. also the first persons gift i opened won and last and also we set a timer randomly and when it went off that person whose present i was opening won. so much fun!!

so i did it i went today for my first fitting. and it ZIPPED YEA!! i was so pleasantly surprised i really love it and the best part i dont need any alterations. i also got my corset and veil and o i love my veil. well i really hope you ladies think i look nice. as a typical women i dont like things about me but that is ok i feel beautiful when i am in it. so here goes nothing

hi ladies so the day has come that i did my hair trial. i have to say i have been looking for hair and makeip for a year now and nothing really stuck out to me. but i did find two pics that i thought i likes so i really did not know how this would go.
ana came at 5 to my house and she was more then prepared she had three yes three suitcases of makup ad hair products. i could not believe it.

Unless you're having dinner at Palo, that would be fine. A lot of people wear costumes to dinner for themed nights, and this is HALLOWEEN. I would recommend wearing it to dinner, plus you can get lots of cool pictures. Definitely buy a photo package. It will be sooo worth it! And if you don't have reservations for Palo, DO IT. It is the best!!!

Everything looks great! I love the idea of the mix and mingle for the Welcome Party; I might have to steal that one. The leis and candles for the party are perfect. Your kitties are so cute, my cats used to always climb in our luggage and bags when we were getting ready for a trip.

You must have so many different emotions running through you. I remember that point and I was elated, scared, paniced, bouncing on clouds and sick to my stomach all at once, but trust me it will be the best time of your life!

alright ladies i am going to begin this report.
i want to start by saying that it was a blast!! everone ne had fun from start to finish. i should add that it did not all go smooth and not everything was perfect but, in no way did it affect my day!! it just added some memories.

ok well let's talk about vendors:
rhett phyle- so wounderfull, his wife and him work so well together and i make you so comfortable

ana from beaute especiale- fabulose, punctual and preofessional and did great work

a moment to remember- so sweet and was there right on time, also the best part you did not know they were there so you didnt have somone in your face,

michelle,laura and disney team- i truly dont think that i could find words to tell you how wounderful they were. a+++ infinity

original runners- made the ceremony, just amazing

hi guyes so i am back!! i have been posting and i guees the dis does not like me because it is not up here. so i will start by saying that it was beautiful and soso much fun. i have to say though that not everything was how i envisioned or how it was planned but, i would not let it ruin my day ( i will go into those with my report).
but it definitaly is a memory i will have forevr.

after hours- now this is a long one, and i really dont like to complain but... how do i be nice.. well i will say that i do not recomend them i will re3comend
carolynn allens and john from ocassions they are on the disney recomindation list i just can not remember then eact name. i will make sure i do becousr they were so great. so long story short dont use them

rhett from artistic photography- so great.comfortable and his wife and him are such a good team. not to mention his work is so beautiful what a talent

a moment to remember- the niceset guy and he was not in your face so it was very comforting

shelly from impressions- now i know that people in the past might have not had such great thigs to say, but she is definaltly a good company to go with . so nice and artistic and original my menues and programs were so great people were even telling us how great.

lastly michell/laura and her team- i can nt find the words to tell you how great all of them were. professional and full of magic. i mean great.

photobooth rentals- a great hit to the party peope loved it

Thursday october 18th.
Family arrives

I woke up early to make sure i had everything packed that i needed for the weekend. I had one suitcase for the wedding day and one for the days before and after. I did bring the computer to keep track of weather and emails.
we pulled int disney just as mike's family was arriving. The boardwalk is so pretty i loved it.

At about 7:00 my family arrived and we went to dinner at the big river brewery. yummy food but not the best. this is us

thank you. i was very happy how it all turned out. i purchased the hats all at disney and then had them embrideerd in magic kingdom. it is 2.00 a hat there anywhere else it is 8.00. also i had escort cards which told them what table to go to and then they found there name. glad you liked the pics

Everything looks fantastic! I love how the decorations turned out in the room. The bouquets for the moms were such a great touch! I'm glad to hear about After Hours; we've been debating between them and Men's Warehouse. I think this definitely makes me want to go with Men's Warehouse. If you don't mind, out of curiosity, how much did the photobooth cost?

thank you. i do like how it turned out! yes i had a kids table. it had parchment paper on it and i bought crayons and coloring pages also bubbles and these disney rubic cubes for fun.. also yes disney did the centerpieces. they did a great job. i am sure they can do a candy bar for you. and it was not that pricy

I haven't read your whole report, but I just caught a little bit in there about having problems with After Hours. I will second that. Loudly. With a HUGE AMEN! Our wedding was on October 29th. The sad part is - they got all the guys tuxes right in general, and could have had a great review from us, but.... the service and the attitudes and the time it took and..... well, you name it. I would NEVER use them again. Which After Hours did you use? We went to the one in Kissimme, at the Loop. I don't know if it makes a difference which one you go to, though with what the problems were, I think ANY of the stores would have been a problem.

The thing is... I don't know about Men's Warehouse being a better choice, unless there have been recent reviews saying they are good. After Hours was bought out by Men's Warehouse last year, and changing over to the systems for Men's Warehouse was evidently at least part of the problems we experienced - and they really didn't care that we had made arrangements to have tuxes for a wedding, that took precedence.

we got out photobooth from party booths .com they were great! i have 90 pages of 4. they come and set it up it looks just like onw you would see at a boardwalk or even sometimes in a mall. let me know if you want anymore info

Sorry this is taking me so long. but here goes.

Friday two days beofre the wedding. thankfully all of the family had arrived and was in threre hotels not problems. they all had revieved there gift bags and were hapy.
Me and my dad and mom went to breakfast at spoddles and then me and mom were off to pick up my dress and the men were picking up the tuxes (uy yu yi)

Ok so me and mom went and got the dress no problem. after that we went to ivy trellis to get out nails done and my grandma and cousing had there hair cut. they did a great job. The men were noe done with tuxes (so i think) and they were going out for the bachelor party. they went to dinner at all star/ min golf and to jelly rolls.

alright so this day truly was for the most part un eventful untill... all the men go off to have a grand time.me and the women are done with dinner and me and mom go back to the hotel so i run into the rooms to see the tuxes i was so excited this made thigs feel real you guyes understand. i open the closet and was speachlss. the shirts were all white and the rb ivory they had the pleats on them. then o man then the grooms tie was ivory and vest white and the fob vest was brown like the gm . i wanted to scream. so i call the store which is closed. what am i going to do.
tomorrow was the rehersal breakfast/rehersal/ welcome paryt. ok i figure i will cll them and they will let us pick it up in the afternoon. to be conitnued..

alright where was i. So saturday morning i wake up. and today is the day of the rehersal breakfast/rehersal and welcome party. To my dissapointment it was raining. I was upset but new that disney would still make my welcome party work.
At 9 am both families meet at my parents room to exchange the gifts we had bought for them. they all loved them. it was then off to the rehereal breakfast. we had it at 1900 park fare. they fod was great and it is such a fairy tale resturant. it was a nice way to break the ice before the rehereal.
we then at 11:30 walked to the pavilion. i was so excited but in the back of my mind i had rain and tuxes but i wanted to make sure i enjoyedeach moment so i pushed the worried aside. when we arrived at the pavlion michelle the planner was there and told the family to go inside and wanted to talk to me and mike. she went over a few things and wanted to let us know that it was our choice but she thought it woud be best that we move our welcome party from the beach to inside. i was dissapointed but agreed. i would have hated people to be uncomfortable or to be stuck in the rain. after that we started the rehersal.
i have to say i enjoyed it and rev kev was amazing i felt like i knew him for a long time. and everything went smooth.

it took about an hour. and we were on our way back to the hotel to call after hours and to check int my suite for the wedding morning. yea. so in the bus i call after hours and this is where the fun begine (:() i call and i tell them what the problem is. i figure them to say ok come on in and we will make the corrections. Not! they told me they were sorry but they cant fix it. umm no. I then told them that they have to try to fix it especially the fob vest. i figured let me focus on the most important thing. They then said they will call me back if they can help. o man this is not going to be good. so as i waited for the phone call (mind you it is 1:30 and my welcome party is at 5:00) i decide to call around to other tux places to have a back up. carolynn allens and one other which for the life of me i cant remember said that they could bring ivory vest. so i kept that in mt head. It is now 3:00 and no call from ah so i call them. they say we are sorry we cant fix it. i was so angry i cried. i decided to call carolynn and let her know to bring some ivory ones even thought it was not what i wanted i needed someting to make dad stand out it is only fair.
i then called my planner she was apaled by what happen. and said she will handle it. one hour later about 4:30 i recieve a call from ah that they will have a vest for me but i have to pick it up. umm i cant i have to go to my welcome party after a little back and forth they agre to bring the vest not any of thr ****rs or the grooms tie but i had given up at this point. they said they would bring it at 10:00 sunday. yes two hours before photos. so then rush off to get ready for the welcome party.

The party went off great we were moved into the yb ball room. it was nice and the decorated great, they even got us a cd with steel band music and the food was so great.
the mikey pops were such a hit! and everyone mingled with our game. it really was a nice start to a great weekend.

after the party the party did not stop all of us i mean all 60 of us went to the boarwalk bar and mingled more. that was so much fun.

at about 11:00 i said good bye to mike for the last time unmarried and went to my room. with my moh she stayed with me so i would have company. when we got back we ordered pizza and pakced the wedding bag. it was a good time. then i went to sleep and dreamed of tomorrow.

o yea we also had two prizes for the welcome party. we put a hidden mickey on two door knockers and those poeple won boardwalk pillow at the welcome it was a fun little addition.

hi everyone!
i am so excited i recieved my video today from a moment to remember company.
i got the bronze package and i was very happy with the outcome.
the end result is 45 minutes long edited to music of my choice and the raw footage is 3 hours!!
me and dh watched it last night and we laughed and laughed.
i told dh that everything that day seemedto go in slow motion and in a blur so to see it in the ral light was quite diffrent.
unfortunalty i have no way of posting the video. ideas anyone.
it was so great though. for anyone who is debating a video and is tryting to cut cost do not skip this. i am so happy i am able to relive my wedding. i would definalty find a way to fit atleast something in!

here goes the big day!!

The nighte before i had stayed at the villa with my moh. we went to bed at 2:00 p.m. and then Mickey calledto wake us up at 5:00a.m. but i wasplesantlysurprised i was awake and not at all nervouse. moh (val) jumped in the shower and then i did. we went downstairs and watched t.v and before we knew it my mom and the hair and steamer was there on the minute at 7:00.
well this is where the day starts to go ssososo fast.

as soon as the came in the get to work i mean right wway. the move the furniture and start to get all the product out and i mean all the product. we had so many girls that they had two hair and two makup.

o i did not mention that i was soso happy that it was not raining yea but it was soso hot like 90 degrees. well i cant have everything.

so at about 7:30 the grandmas arrived and my bridemaids and my mil. we all were very calm and relaxed and were just listening to music and hanging out. at 8:30 we had ordered breakfast for our room from room service. we had a fruit platter champagne bagels crema cheese and butter o and muffins. it was alot of food. o yes and how could i forget the most important coffee. it was very yummy. definalty somthing to look into if you want breakfast in your room

ok so we all did our hair and then the bridsmaids and mikes mom and the grandmas were done at 11:00 they then went off to see mike and ready for pics. i then findihed getting ready. i then saw rhett the photographer coming to the door. ok this is when i got a lillt nervouse. but it was great he took some pics and then was off to the boys.

at 12:00 i recieved a special gift from mike and some flowers from laura from disneyand the bouquets yea!! this was the part i was waiting for.
i was so happy they were beautiful. mine were a little pink but i decided i am goign to relax and just enjoy and they were beautiful. and soso heavy. ehehe

the girls loved theres and i was happy. then one of the best parts of the day i gave the moms there present. i had there wedding bouquets remade for them to carry. they were sa happy and it really was the only time of the day that they were a little emotional i know that must have made them happy and brought a nice air to the day.

alright so then we were off. I was so surprised on hoe smooth it was goign i mean we just walked over the the main lobby and evryone was realxed it was nice to know we were on time.

next goign to chapel..

so it was 12:00 and we were off to pictres at the grand.
i rode in the limo with the moh and one of mybridsmaids everone else was already there. it was a nice ride over and i was realxed and then i saw th grand and i got soso excited and i was finally like ok this is so cool.
we we went into the grand and i saw my brothers. now a little side note.
i am the onyl girl and i am the oldest but somehow sice we have grown up i feel like the littel sister they try to protect me and it is so cute. so when i saw my brothers i was like ok my day is complete they were missing from the moring i missed the caos that they cause. heeh ok so this went rather smooth and then it was me mom dad and fg ready to board the coach.

it was very pretty and i was glad i had given in and gotten it. it was so cool to see all the people taking pics of us.
the funny moment of the day (leave it to a 4 year old) was she looks a tthe horses and turns to me and says umm i wanted purple ones but the white ones are ok. it was so cute. it was a nice ride over and then it was almost time to go!!

next the ceremony...

the cerecomy.
well to be honest it is a blur.
but wearrived and made the walkove the bridge and into the bide room. i touched up took some photos and then it was time. the lined everyone up and i watched from behind my dad. we were all still calm. then they said ok lets go. yup buterflies but not teary buterflies happyones.
we walked to the door and then they flewopen. to be honest from there i dont remember a thing. everything seemed in slow mo and i dont remember hearing music or even thenoise of the people. which i later found out was there int he video. it was great mike was smiling and it made me happy.

rev kev did a woundeful job people kept making comments that it was the most beautiful ceremont they ever saw. i was so happy with how it turned out.

the party o yea the reception (it was soso fun)

so we finished the ceremony and some pics which turned out to be my favorite!! then we headed over to the reception. and it poured. we made it in the nick of time yea!
it was nice to have few moments with mike alone to catch up on the day.
when we got out of the limo we went directly into the holding room where we had some absoutly fabulose pre reception food i mean it was so good.
then i took off my veil and shoes and we were able to have a sneak peak at the reception room.
i loved all of it. perfect.
in a flash we were entering the reception.

the rest fo the night was great
the food, photobooth, atmosphere. people great great!!

so i can not believe it but that is all folks..
to sum it up it was the most amazing day ofmy life filled with soso many happy memories that will stay eith me forever.
there was no real complaints. and with 100 people that is hard to do.
the whole experience is somthing that if you can do. do it you will no regret it. It was so great to have the whole weeknd lead up to this event and it was fabulouse.

ok to start definalty get one!
i did not use stan becouse for some reason i was not impressed with his examples and he was a little over our budget.
i used a moment to remember. i really loved working with them. i have to say they were my favorite vendor. theywere polite and prompt. i like there style. it isnot in your face. to be honest i had no idea they were there. and it turned out great.
one suggestion i used the bare minimum package. now that it is over and i read the package one up from that. (silver) i think you get more for your money.maybe not the day of but with the editing. they do more advanced things.

i hope this helps. i would definalty give them a call. i really suggest them highly
