4th of July at WDW! Who else is with me?

What could possibly be better than spending the 4th of July at WDW! :cool1:

We are staying at the Polynesian from June 30 to July 8 (first time at Poly :goodvibes). On July 3, we will go to Blizzard Beach and then watch the special MK fireworks from the Poly beach. On July 4th, we will swim at the Poly pool and then go to Epcot for dinner at Chefs de France and then watch the special Epcot fireworks.

Who else will be with us at this magical time? What are your plans on the July 3rd and 4th?

We're right there with ya! We're at YC June 28-July 12th.

Our plans are - July 3 (MK day) Dinner LTT and watch MK Fantasy in the Sky Fireworks. We saw them two years ago and they were spectacular!

July 4- Breakfast PSB, EPCOT day, dinner at Yacht Club Galley and then EPCOT fireworks.

We'll just stay at EPCOT 1/2 day then back to SAB for swimming before dinner and EPCOT fireworks.

Who else is crazy enough to spend 4th of July at Disney (and love it!)?

I have always wanted to try YC. It looks so pretty, and the pool seems fabulous! We can't wait for the Poly though!

We'll be there July 2 - 14 at Pop Century!!! Can't wait!! We've been to Disney a few times for July 4th and it is great!!! The fireworks are amazing!!

We're doing the dolphin swim at Discovery Cove on July 3. On July 4, we'll be at Epcot, with lunch at LeCellier!! After our afternoon swim break, we'll head back to Epcot, I'm sure my DD will want to finish her mask, and maybe grab a snack or something and watch Illuminations!!!

Can't wait!!! Maybe we'll see some of you there!! :wizard:

OMG, we are eating at Chefs de France on the 4th too! :thumbsup2 I loooooove Chefs de France! The room is so beautiful, and they have a good wine selection. We are going to stay for the special fireworks at Epcot afterwards.

We're at CSR July 1st - 6th (at Universal June 25 - 30th)

Dinner at Cali Grill on 3rd followed by watching of fireworks
Dinner at Boma's 6pm on the 4th

It's crazy busy and hot but we love it.

I'm with you at the Poly from July 1st to the 6th. On the 3rd we will be at Chef Mickey's and go back to the MK for the fireworks. On the 4th we will have dinner at WCC and then thinking either back to the Poly for fireworks or maybe over to MGM. Not sure yet.

We're at LTT 5:35 ADR on July 3. It will be me, DH, 2 dds (8 and 9) ds (turning 7) and DMIL and DFIL. Hope to stake out a prime spot for viweing the fireworks after that!

We have stayed at Pop before and loved it! It is so much fun!

We leave tomorrow afternoon for our stay at the Philadelphia Hilton Airport Hotel and the next morning bright and early we're off to Disney. Just finished packing and can't wait to go! Hope to see some Dissers there. Happy 4th of July!!!!!

But, a question:

I notice many of you are talking about the fireworks at MK on the *third*
and at Epcot on the 4th....

We had planned to watch the MK fireworks on the 4th from our balcony,
but are we going to miss 'the big show' by one day ? In other words, are
the fireworks better in Epcot on the 4th than in the MK ?

This is the first I've heard of this, and I hope that's not the case. :eek:

ssr july 1-9, we have adrs for ohana on july 4 at 8:10!! very excited for that. no theme parks for us on the fourth, we plan on seeing disneys wide world of sports, figure that might not be too crowded. my ds is a sports nut.

I hope all of you 4th of July-ers are having a great time at WDW right now! I was just sitting here thinking of the OP who is having a blast at Blizzard Beach... man, I'd love to be there as well!!!
