Would someone please direct me to the post with the list of counter service restaurants with NO kids menu? Also, can anyone confirm or deny whether or not the bottomless milkshake at WCC is part of the DDP or not?

Can't help with the list of CS restaurants w/o a kids menu, but I can confirm the bottomless milkshake...it is included, and you can also get it as your dessert if you so choose. This is current as of our May 16th dinner there!
