I could have sworn I read somewhere that to get STM, you had to book by Jan. 31st. Now it seems the date is March 30th. Did this change or am I just not too observant?
If it did change, does this have something to do with the DCL site now giving me a quote of more than $200 more than I was getting a week ago?
