Lady and the Tramp was based on a story by Ward Greene, called 'Happy Dan, the Whistling Dog', so The Lion King was the first original Disney film. (Although with its similarities with 'Kimba, the White Lion', it could be argued that an original Disney film hasn't been made yet :D )

I read in one of my Disney CD books that Lady and the Tramp was the 1st one because it was thought up when Walt gave Lilian puppies after he missed a date. They wanted to make a short of it, but then they changed it to a full-length feature, which was the 1st original movie by the company. BUt maybe the book is wrong. But anyways...

It was Morimer Mouse! That's why on the House of Mouse, the bad neighbor is Mortimer. Mrs. Disney didn't like the name so Walt changed it. I can't think of a new trivia question though. I'll post when I do.
