? about BCV and booking window

I know there is alot of info going around about BCV.
Feb 3 sale date is one. Cash ressies August, points starting Sept.

So does that mean if they start taking reservations in March that ANYONE can reserve BCV since it's 7 mo or less?

I'm not going till Dec and wouldn't stay anywhere but VWL esp this time of year. Just curious.

Once DVC reservation are accepted for the resort, they will be subject to normal 11/7 month reservation priorities.

I doubt that any point reservations will be accepted in March for BCV. With VWL, point reservations were accepted beginning in Nov for stays after Jan 15, 2001. I would assume a similar policy for BCV. No announcements from DVC have been made about any BCV details, so everything is still purely speculation and rumor.
