Can you request a specific dining server??

On our last cruise we had a wonderful server (Zoltan). He went out of his way to do lots of special things for my special needs DS. My DD though he was "soooo handsome and cool". I was wondering if it is possible to make a request for a specific server on our next cruise?? I have never heard anything negative about any of the servers, but it would be fun to have the same server again if it is possible. Since DS is a special needs child we always request early seating and we dine alone (so no one else is incovienced if DS is having a bad day).

Yes, you can have a server request noted on your reservation, but as with all things, it is not guaranteed. :)

i was told you cant request one because they may not be on the boat, but on the first day of the cruise you can request a server and they can see if he or she is on board, it is listed on the navigator, i can't remember if it was 1:30 or 2:30, it's near beat street
