:cool1: paid of morgage 6 years early and deads arivied in post today.Been fealing down as had my second eye opp yesterday and a bit sore.Cheered up when postwoman came.Now what to spend extra money on erm extra holidays:banana:

Thanks, it was made worse as when came back from opp yesterday was glourious sunshine outside,and i had to sit in lounge with all the blinds shut

this one swelled up after the opp and i wasnt expecting it swelling gone away and can see out of it:thumbsup2 .
Deb there will be plenty of beers drunk at ssr the bathtub will have to be all the ones in a grand villa:rotfl2:

On a totally practical note PUT THEM SOMEWHERE SAFE. Ours are lodged with the solicitors we keep meaning to go and make a will with but have not got round to.

overpay by as much as you can affored each month.we started when we got a discounted fixed rate then kept payments the same when it whent down to the max alowed before it came of as a capital repayment then 10% each year for the 3 years of the discount.On the safe keaping of the deads its dosent matter nowdays as land resgetry keep them electronicaly you get a ref number incase you losse them, and you can access them online

We are/have been and are just changing to the oneaccount as DH is self employed and we have his tax money in the bank so it might as well be working for us :thumbsup2
