Hi Folks:wave:
Has anyone used the Renewal of Vows package offered by DCL? No mention of cost and what exactly would be included. Has anyone arranged something on their own :D and what did you do? As we are traveling with others who will be celebrating an anniversay, does anyone have any suggestions on what DCL could arrange?

The ceremony is performed onboard the ship in Sessions/The Cadillac Lounge. On the 7-day cruise, it is held on Thursday and the 3- and 4-day cruise it is held on the day the ship visits Nassau. I don't know anything about the cost, but I am sure if you give DCL a call, they will be happy to give you an idea.

If vow renewal proves too expensive, a great dinner in Palo with an excellent bottle of champagne would most likely be extremely appreciated!!

Unfortunately the search button has been disabled, but it seems to me someone posted this recently and I remember a pricey figure around $1,000. Can anyone offer any enlightment??

I had previously posted on this question (I think the thread was lost during the crash). Yes, the cost is $1099, and yes that's pricey to me. I have it reserved for our western cruise in July, but I'm still debating whether it's worth it.

I've been looking into having the ceremonies done on Key West during the stopover. It's definately more involved if you plan it yourself. So easy just to pay Disney to do all the legwork.

I'd love to hear from someone who's done the renewal through DCL. How was it? Was it worth it?

Does this mean that, if you purchase this package and someone else does as well, that you'll have a joint ceremony with another couple? Or do they just schedule more than one cermony on the same day? Though I guess the chances of that are pretty slim at the prices that have been quoted.....

From what I've been told by Disney, the ceremonies are private. If another couple is scheduled for the same cruise, the ceremonies would occur in different lounges and/or at different times.
