Robin and Janette and anyone else who is planning to attend the GASC this week.

When will you be there and which crop(s) will you be at?

I am signed up for all four crops and a few classes.

I talked to Denise yesterday and her whole fun family is coming back this year, too.

Unfortunately I won't be able to make it to any of the crops this year. It's just not going to work out with a newborn at home. But I am trying to figure out how to get out there for a few hours on Friday to wander through the booths. If so I'm hoping to get out there as early as possible in the morning and stick around until about 1:30 or so.

I'm going to miss seeing you guys again this year. Jacque was going out of town with her DH, & my kids are both at camp leaving me with a new puppy. It just wasn't in the cards.

Sadly it looks like I won't be making it this year. :( I was hoping to get a few hours of shopping in yesterday morning. I had everything arranged with DH to pick Ian up from camp and watch him in the afternoon so that I wouldn't have to rush. But as they say, "The best laid plans..."

Ian didn't want to go to camp and he didn't look like he was feeling all that well. I was bummed but then he decided to go with DH when he left for work. Next thing I know DH called to tell me Ian http://www.smeechy.com/MySmilieCollection/puke.gifjust as they were getting out of the car at camp. Alas, no "me time" for me.

(On the bright side, I think it was just allergies doing nasty things to Ian so hopefully the rest of our busy weekend won't be disrupted.)

So, for those of you that did attend how was it this year? I'm already looking forward to next year's convention!!!
