Are these the same thing? Colorbox pad and Staz on?

I need a black staz on ink pad for the CK convention classes and I have a colorbox pigment ink pad. Are they the same thing???

no..they are not the same.
staz on will adhere to slippery non pourous surfaces.
pigment ink won't.
