If you were given the opportunity to learn one language without having to study and memorize the sentence structures and words.. which language would you choose?
I'd choose either [an/any] African [dialect] or Swedish.
I love listening to the Africans and Swedish people talk.
It fascinates me.
I mean, listening to other languages is cool and all.. but there's just something about those 2 languages that makes me wish that I had been born in Africa or Sweden.

Something.
Easy.
French is easy if you work at it for years.
That is if you want to be able to write it well, and speak it well. Verbs and grammar in this language will make you want to cry.

Haha, yea.
I am forced to take Spanish at my school, so I definitely understand the wanting to cry over verbs part..

Isn't Swahili?
I'm sure there's many different languages and dialects in Africa, as there are in all continents.

They have many different dialects, but they're mostly of random aboriginal tribes.

Swedish is not one of the languages of Switzerland. If you want to hear Swedish, it's best to go to Sweden.
I'd love to learn Farsi (a deviation of Arabic spoken mainly in very rural areas of Iraq). Mostly because it's just such a cool language, but a little bit because you can make a ton of money if you can speak it fluently. Everybody in the world would want to hire you.
But also- I'd like to learn Greek or Irish Gaelic. I know a few words in Gaelic. Along with a bit of Polish, Mandarin, German (I know the number 5!), Spanish, Japanese (Thanks to my friend Yuki and my bf Alex). I'd also like to learn the Native American dialect of the Passamaquadi tribe.

Ho parli Italiano e Inglese! Je parle français parce que mon père parle la langue!
I speak Italian and English. And I speak a little bit of French because my father speeks the language! Actually, my father speaks English, French, German, Gailic, Hebrew and Arabic. I can also speak a little bit of Japanese too. Suprisingly I don't speek Spanish, but I have conversations with my friends in it. They'll speak Spanish while speak Italian. It's pretty funny to watch!
But I'd love to learn Japanese (fluently) and Albanian!

My dad speaks German, French, Arabic, and Spanish...I don't know any of them.
My mom speaks Japanese, and I don't know any of that either.
Both of my parents are great with languages, but I had a hard time in my French class. I didn't get the linguist gene.
