I know that this is short notice, but Southwest had airfare that was too good to turn down! Now I need a four or five bedroom villa to rent. Now the problem is that I need it for the time of July 5th through the 12th. I can not seem to find anything with availability! What am I going to do???

You might check with the folks at http://www.floridavilla-uk.com/ to see if they have anything available during your timeframe. They have 16+ homes 4 bdr or larger under their management.

Also http://www.romancingthemouse.com/index.html seems to have availability in their 4 bdr/3bath Windsor Palms villa on your dates. Don't know about how their Sat to Sat policy might affect you, but they seem to have bent it for people in the past. Reviews from prior renters here have been favorable.

There's also homeaway.com You can do an advanced search for the dates and amenties you want. I did it for your dates in the Kissimmee area and lots of places came up so you might find something you like.

I just went through the EXACT same thing!!! LOL! I just paid for our five bedroom in Indian Creek and I am ECSTATIC. It was impossible to find. I had to search and search the VRBO listings and calendars til I found one.

This was my second choice. A bit smaller but a GREAT deal! And the woman was great to deal with. Darn it she only has it til the 11th. But maybe you could work out a deal or something. Maybe the people on the 12th are arriving late and you will get lucky. Might be worth asking anyway. It is in EI which I hear is terrific.

I would make a note that you're looking for last minute discount pricing. I do this regularly and have gotten some great deals. The last time I did that I wound up with a 4BR/3BA house in a gated community (with a screened pool) for $480 total. I had an offer for a 3BR/3BA townhouse (with a splash pool) for $475, but I took the house.

There are definitely houses out there, and you can get a good deal. You might also check ebay. I've gotten some great deals there too. I only use sellers that are SquareTrade verified, Paypal protected, have good feedback, and I use a credit card for more protection.
