Loews Platinum and free HRH suite upgrade for family of four

Just was upgraded from gold to platinum status with Loews. The HRH offers a free upgrade to a King Suite for family of 3. But, if you are a family of four, they only provide a deluxe room upgrade. Now, call me crazy -- but, how in the heck does that seem fair?

Anyone else getting a better solution to this dilemna?

Congrats on the Platinum status. The way my family solves this dilemma is to stay at Portofino Bay in a huge suite! Portofino Suite is the upgrade but sometimes you can snag a Villa Suite! Unfortunately RPR and HRH don't have any acceptable upgradeable suites for families.

Twice I was upgraded to a Kids Suite at HRH but that was at check-in. The deluxe rooms at HRH are pretty sweet though, nice and spacious.
