Coffeemakers in the cabins?

We are in the very early planning stages of our Feb '08 trip, and are beginning our list of things we NEED! :)

yep, coffee makers are in the cabins

They have a large and a small coffee maker. They have most of the basic equipment you need. things you might need that we take are:

cookie sheet for pizza and cookies
a good knife
Stuff for storage like ziplocks and gladware
grill tools
maybe a crock pot if you like that kind of thing

salt/pepper/sugar/oil or oil spray
