We would like to stay in the cabins about mid August and I was wondering has anyone ever gotten a rate discount at this time? We are AP holders and have AAA, but I was curious if anyone has ever received a discount and if so, would you mind telling me what you paid per night? Thanks!

We have an AAA rate for 8/21 - 8/25, cannot remember what it was as i have only paid the one night deposit, we originally paid rack rate but changed to AAA when the rates were released. I think its a 20/25% discount on rack.

Yep, the cabins (and the campsites as well) are eligible for a variety of discounts throughout the year. We've gotten the cabins as low as around 150-160 a night before, I believe that was a Florida resident discount rate if I remember correctly.

We have APs and get a discount every time we go. We have had it as low as $159 per night but its usually around $179 (not including tax)

We got a AAA discount in December and the rate was $203.15/night and that was with a 15% discount and that included one extra adult at an extra $5.00/night. We were the from Dec 3 to Dec 10, 2006. HTH!!

I have had good luck getting AP and FL resident codes to work with the cabins when I book them for the parents. However, I might mention that when I called to apply the current codes of FDI and FDN for our reservations, I was informed that the campground (minus cabins) are not included!:scared1: I thought that was a crock!
