Valet Parking

Last trip we took to Universal we stayed at RPR and I used the valet parking for the whole week.This trip we are staying at HRH for a week and I am planning to use valet again.Is this the best way to go or not? I have heard that self parking for the resorts is far away and sometimes hard to get.

I never had any problem self-parking at RPR or at PBH. The parking was not far away for those. At HRH I would valet because the lot is small and fills quickly.

We have had to valet at HRH because there was no self parking available. When you enter HRH the self parking is to the right so you could drive through the lot to see how it looks before you drive up to the front door. Last time we self parked and were very close to the entrance.

Self parking was reeeely far away when we were at RPR a few weeks ago.

Valet is just a few dollars a day more than self parking. We paid $18 a day for valet and self parking I believe was from $12-15 (I dont remember the exact amount) but it was pretty close.
