That is striking. The entire north garden section is GONE. Down to the dirt. Not much happening there since we arrived yesterday.

This is one of our favorite resorts. We stayed there in 2003 and loved it. Cant wait to stay there again when the funds allow. Hope you have a GREAT vacation!!!!:dance3:

Wow....you are so lucky to be there right now! My family and I will be there
(at WL) in a couple of weeks.

I'm wondering....is there anything closed on the 4th floor concourse area?
I heard they may be doing some construction and moving some stores and restaurants to other areas.

Not the OP but we were there last week. The arcade has moved into the old Fantasia shop, which has moved part of it's inventory into BVG and the other into a series of kiosks and racks in the main concourse. Also, boo hoo, the huge snow globe with the monorail and parks icons is gone. :( The Food Court is still on the 1st floor also.

I heard they may be doing some construction and moving some stores and restaurants to other areas.Here is the schedule of upcoming renovations which will answer your question.

August 2007 - Newly renovated Fantasia Shop will re-open.

June 11, 2007 through November 2007 - The Lobby will undergo partitioned refurbishments to update the area's image and decor.

July 2007 through October 2007 - The resort's grounds will undergo partitioned refurbishments to install new landscaping and re-route existing guests paths.

July 30, 2007 through April 2008 - The Food & Fun Center will be closed for major renovations. The location will re-open as a new table service option, "The Wave". During this time a temporary counter service location will be operating on the Grand Concourse level near the Outer Rim Lounge.

April 2008 through August 14, 2008 -The Concourse Steak house will be closed for major renovations. The location will re-open as the new Counter Service location for the resort. During this time a temporary counter service location will be operating on the Grand Concourse level near the Outer Rim Lounge.
