I was wondering if anyone has sat at the Chef's Counter at CG and can report on it. It sounds really neat and like something my DBF and I would enjoy. Do you need to request this table early (i.e. with your ADR) or do you do it upon check-in? We're eating there right at opening, so I was planning on getting there a little extra-early to request this if needed. Any advice or comments?
