FOTL Benefit at Citywalk Restaurants?

In just over two weeks, we'll be arriving at the HRH for several days (Yay!! :thumbsup2 ) While we are there, I'm thinking of trying dinner at the following three Citywalk restaurants:
NBA City
Pastamore
Pat O'Briens

Do any or all of these restaurants have FOTL benefits for Universal hotel guests? Should I try to make priority seatings arrangements anyway? (Do any/all of the three even take priority seatings?)

You can make a PS for NBA City right at Open Table:

I have never been to Pastamore, so I can't help there, but we've never needed a PS at Pat O'Briens to eat.
